Natalie Joyce

Physical Therapist, Owner

I graduated from the University of Montanta in 2001 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy.  I am a native Montanan, and completed my undergraduate work at Carroll College majoring in Psychology.  Since graduation I have worked in a variety of settings, but my love is outpatient therapy with an emphasis on sport specific training.  I feel blessed to be working with a skilled staff that is both...

knowledgeable and motivated to provide cutting edge treatment.  My husband and I moved to Ellensburg to enjoy all of the recreational opportunities the area has to offer.  My husband Steve is the managing partner of Red's Fly Shop.  Steve and I enjoy spending time with our three young children, fishing, and traveling.

Physical Therapist

I am a physical therapist who earned my degree at Midwestern University.  My undergraduate studies were completed at CWU where I earned a BS in Biology and BS in Exercise Science.  I joined the Canyon View team in 2013, and am honored to work with a great team of clinicians.  We share a cohesiveness and camaraderie that extends beyond our work place. ...

I'm a long-time resident of Ellensburg, and away from work I have a variety of interests with teaching Jazzercise at the top of the list.  I also like being outside whether I'm riding my horse, hiking with my dogs, or working in my yard.  Near and dear to my heart is my service in the Army National Guard and I am honored to serve as an officer and Physical Therapsit.

Most important are my two lovely daughters.  We enjoy spending time together and it has been a joy to watch them develop into beautiful young women.

Working at Canyon View has been rich and rewarding.  It has been a pleasure to help each patient, and to know so many wonderful people from our community.

Shawn Toth

Physical Therapist Assistant

I graduated from the Whatcom Community College Physical Therapy Assistant program in 2012.  I worked at a fast paced outpatient orthopedic clinic for four and a half years as an aide before completing school, and really fell in love with this exciting field.  I have enjoyed working with many different types of pathology, but definitely have a large interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation.  I'm currently utilizing a Selective Functional Movement ...

Assessment tool (SFMA) used by the US military, NBA and PGA to help push therapy gains to the next level with greater success.  I'm interested in more advanced certifications in functional movement/fitness, and continuing my education to ensure longevity and success in the field.

I always look forward to playing golf, going snowboarding and spending time excercising through CrossFit.  My home life is very exciting with twins and a beautiful wife.

I have been a PTA since 1999, after graduating from Penn Valley Community College.  I came to Washington as a traveling PTA in 2005, and knew I would stay here after seeing the beauty of the great Pacific Northwest.  My job at Canyon View began in January 2010.  I enjoy seeing our patients heal and return back to their lives. Before discharging therapy, I like to focus on giving our patients the tools they need...

to continue on with a healthy lifestyle by encouraging them to continue with strengthening, cardio, and flexibility as a permanent part of their lives.

In my spare time, I spend every moment I can hiking, kayaking, camping, fishing, rock climbing, and skiing with family and friends.  I look forward to assisting you with your physical therapy needs in order to get you back to work and play.

In Remembrance

Paul Goebel, Physical Therapist

Paul was an amazing clinician, father, husband and friend. He took the time to make every patient feel important, and he made sure his co-workers knew they were appreciated. Paul was an avid outdoorsman and family man. His most treasured moments were spent with his wife and three daughters. He was also a dedicated athlete. He ran in marathons and participated in triathalons.

Paul fought a courageous battle against lung cancer, but ultimately lost that battle in November 2013. He is dearly missed and in our thoughts every day. His spirit lives on through those of us who knew and loved him. We all strive to "Live Like Paul" and to honor his memory every day through our actions.
